Peanut Butter Protein Bites (Vegan)
•1/3 cup natural peanut butter (100%
•1/4 cup brown rice syrup, agave or maple
•1 scoop vegan protein powder
•3 tablespoons ground flax seed
•1/4 cup brown rice krispies cereal
•3 tablespoons Enjoy Life mini chocolate
Blend all ingredients in one bowl with your hands and shape into approximately 20 balls. Keeping your hands damp while rolling will help the mixture adhere more easily! Store in the refrigerator indefinitely! But don’t expect them to last very long!
