SOS CLASS INFO

ALL SOS CLASSES ARE ONE OF A KIND STRENGTH TRAINING SESSIONS THAT WORK THE WHOLE BODY. This style of training builds strength & mobility, lean muscle, strips fat and improves your mind body connection. You will be coached, corrected and shown variations that are realistic for YOU. All class participants are treated as personal training clients. You have access to all the benefits of personal training at a group rate. What makes SOS different?  Our instruction, training style, exercise selection, sequence, movement quality, experience and education.
