Meet Scott

Trainer – Scott Overholt

I am the first to admit my skepticism about fitness training before starting SOS last April. From a professional standpoint, I work with injured athletes in a medical setting and have become increasingly concerned with improper lifting/exercise techniques and education. I also struggle to provide patients with good post-rehab recommendations for continued personal fitness expertise. From a personal standpoint, I needed a change in the monotony of marathon training and independent gym workouts. After attending just one session at SOS I was hooked! It has completely changed my body composition, strength, endurance, and power. I have dropped my race time by over thirty minutes and achieved personal goals I never thought attainable. I also feel completely confident in referring friends, family, and discharged physical therapy patients to SOS. Both my husband and I enjoy our bi-weekly workouts and hope to make SOS a life-long commitment.
